Stamping
Stamping is one of the ideal production ways for volume metal parts. It requires the mold to press the sheet metal to form. But the mold is less expensive than other volume production technologies. Stamping includes many processes of piercing, embossing, coining, forming, blanking, and drawing.

Bending
Sheet metal bending applies force to sheet metal to form the designed shapes. U and V shapes are the most used processing. What's more, step bending, roll bending, and rotary bending are also used in metal parts. Each process has its featured tools and force to create various sheet metal shapes.

Laser Cutting
Laser cutting uses a high-power laser to cut the material into the requested shape and size. Depending on the power of the laser and part material, laser cutting can penetrate thickness from 0.5mm to 20mm.
